Cabot location has a wonderful staff! Works with you whenever needed! Always very friendly and welcoming when you walk in!!
I informed them of my father’s passing and the only one to show ANY compassion was a guy named T. I told them I only wanted to keep 1 of the 4 appliances my dad was paying on. I left a check for them to grab and everything. That check sat outside for 3 days due to the sloppy coordination of picking up the appliances. They proceed to tell me I can’t write them a check for said appliance I wanted to keep. The guy had already sent a photo of the check saying he got it. I blame their manager. They made something that should’ve been simple, turn into a major headache while I’m grieving the loss of my father (less than a month later). PATHETIC is the most christain way I can put it.

We purchased new washer/dryer set from Aaron's and I will say we were very happy with everything. Even with the bad weather, they were able to acquire what we asked for. Jim and Brandon at the store were very helpful, friendly and professional. Fred and Chris are the absolute best for delivery. They installed and got everything working. And they are such wonderful gentlemen and professional and very friendly. Would recommend to anyone to use Aaron's in Cabot.
I've been with Aaron's for about 12 years now their products are great, I mostly got Tv's and Gaming systems, I play both ps5 and Xbox series x, yes I am a gamer. Ty Aaron's for your great experience, and looking forward to future endeavors
