Aaron’s hound you for payment but when it comes time for repairs. They’re slow. My wash and dryer I’m paying on for the last 13 months. The washer started shaking as if the tub was loose, then ticking sounds, all the lights goes out except for the spin but the machine isn’t spinning. Today is Monday I have to wait till Friday to get repaired between 10-3.

Been trying to return the items . Mike is a complete narcissist .. I have been calling for them to come pick up there washer and dryer for over 15days and all of a sudden they can not , but let me have wanted to keep it and was late or behind . They would be showing up every day

Mike is the truth!! I will not go to another that he’s not in! Hated to see Kevin go I’ve leased and purchased a few items with this company good people good quality will not go anywhere to lease to own!

went in to get a washer and dryer, was helped by mike. absolutely amazing dude, super cool and helped me and my gf through the entire process. got the washer and dryer. was able to get it delivered two days later and movers were very chill. moved the washer and dryer up 4 flights of stairs and installed them. both washer and dryer work perfectly. tipped the movers well (ALWAYS TIP THEM THEY DESERVE IT.) thank y'all a lot. saved me a huge headache. :)

Incompetent employees! I went there to get a king bed, they said it was in stock. I started the lease for the bed, I checked over the contract again to make sure when I got home and it was for a queen. I called back and they “tried” to fix the issue! Tell me why when they called back they found another bed, but expected me to pay more when it was their fault. I wouldn’t mind paying more for the payments, but if the first payment was processed and it was THEIR fault, don’t expect me to adjutant for your errors! Highly irritated!!!!!! Do not recommend!
