0/5 Stars if I could. I would absolutely not recommend this place. If you miss just one payment, they will harass you relentlessly. I explicitly explained to them that my son was in the hospital with life-threatening complications, yet they showed zero empathy. When I tried to coordinate a specific time for them to come and pick up my items, they completely ignored my schedule and showed up whenever they pleased. I went into the store to resolve it, and the employee at the front desk was incredibly rude and dismissive, complaining that they had already tried to come by twice—even though they came at times I specifically told them I wouldn’t be home. My son has critical medical appointments that I cannot and will not miss, and I do not have time to sit around waiting for them to show up outside of agreed windows. My mother has been a loyal customer here since I was a little girl, which is the only reason I chose them. Knowing how they treat people during a family crisis, I will never give them my business again. Save yourself the headache, pay cash.
First time customer thru Aaron’s but I had the worst experience ever with the delivery!! The delivery guys hit my tv with the chairs and table they delivered not only that they lied and said the tv was on the whole time and there was nothing wrong with it. Caleb the manager was unprofessional with helping me he believed the delivery guys 100% and hung up on me basically saying I am a liar and his guys would never do anything like that. I will never recommend Chickasha Aaron’s to anyone! Please record them setting your stuff up in person so you won’t be like me and have a broken cracked tv while I am paying money to them. I didn’t get a sorry or anything

The manager Caleb and his staff are all wonderful people. They helped me find the refrigerator that I wanted. This is my second purchase through them!. I will be back!

Honestly best service I've gotten anywhere and so helpful and informed me of a lot of information regarding policy and Payments and plans. I've never rented anything to own something before and this store made me feel good about it as in I was not getting ripped off.
I will update this as or if the issue is resolved. I bought a couch one week ago. Had to wait one week for delivery. I specifically told them do not send me the couch with the hole in the back cushion. I purchased the one without. They sold the couch I purchased and tried to deliver the one with the hole. I now am having to return to the store tomorrow after work and pick another couch, more than likely pay more for the couch I wanted because it new not used. I hope this situation resolved itself in a positive manner. We shall see. I still have nowhere to sit and am an unhappy customer.
