Maxine is an outstanding customer service professional! She was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful while assisting us in choosing the perfect piece of furniture to complete our living room. Her guidance made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. If you’re looking for quality furniture at a great price, I highly recommend visiting Aaron’s and asking for Maxine. She truly goes above and beyond!

Worst customer service ever !! I called a month ago to get help with my insurance claim due to me being hurt the manager was just flat out rude ! And couldn’t help me even tho I pay for insurance. He called me today very rude and hateful , made rude comment about paying my bill when I’ve always paid on time I got hurt and how Kenny treated me on the phone I’ll finish my lease and never get something with them again ! Very disappointed!!!!!! 0/10

I can not speak for other Aaron’s but this location has the worst customer service. I ordered a mattress from them and 6 months in , it started to sag in the middle. Obviously this is the manufactures defect, but it took me 5 months of calling them to get them to replace it. Every phone call was a lie or a promise to follow up. I’ve had their staff members hang up on me, and call me a lier. Their manager set up a delivery date, I took the day off work and nobody showed up or called. They didn’t call me until I called their corporate office to complain and ask for a refund. But of course all they can do is give me a new mattress, because you pay for what you use. Well I have not used this mattress since February because the whole middle is sunk in! I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!!

Great customer service everyone was very friendly and made sure to accommodate all of our needs. They were very suggestive selling as well and informative on sales as well. The store was very clean and easy to get around. They have nicely set it up. I highly recommend. And the bed I bought was perfect and thankfully for the gentleman and all his help making sure we got exactly what we were looking for. Keep up all of the great customer service we need more like you all.

I would not recommend trying to purchase anything from this location. Seems to be very mismanaged. Called before my payment due date to set up a double payment for the next week and was assured it was all set up and good to go. Since then I received 3 calls still trying to collect payment. At the end of each conversation I was told that would be the last call and everything was good to go. Unfortunately that was far from the truth as I got 3 more phone calls within 24 hours. All in all, I had to set up for the appliances to be returned (to stop the calls and keep my sanity). Stay away!
