DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!! We came in and looked at some furniture about a week ago. I got approved for $525 a month in product. We were going to get a couch, King size Bed, full size dresser, smaller dresser two end tables and a sectional couch that my Fiance wanted badly. My fiance wanted the couch so bad she wouldn't stop talking about it with excitement this past week. My Fiance even called on Saturday to make sure the couch was still available. The woman she spoke with at this location straight up lied to her on the phone and said that she marked the couch sold for us. We came in today and the sales manager at this location said that the couch was sold and my fiance kindly said yes the other lady marked it sold for us and then the sales manager with a smile on her face said no we sold it. My fiance got very upset and was asking why they lied to us and that there's no way they could have sold it we talked about it and were going to come in as soon as we had a day off work to get it. The sales manager continued saying it sold with a smile on her face while my fiance was almost in tears. Then the sales manager started trying to sell us another couch that looked like it, but it had burn holes all over it and stains on the base. The sales manager had a ponytail, wore glasses and had an accent. She looked exactly the same as when we seen her last week. This location doesn't deserve good business. They are liars and they have no empathy for people, they do not keep thier word and are very bad at business. Take your money to another location or somewhere else all together.
ZERO…. Zero stars!!!!!! This is the 3rd time that delivery was rescheduled. And also the 3rd time that I was not notified that my appliance would not be delivered. And the 4th time I will get again have to call and figure out when my appliance is scheduled to be delivered another day. Another day scheduling time away from work due to incompetent, inconsiderate staff whom don’t find it necessary to call or speak with customers when things aren’t going as planned. I have spoke with Melinda, Carlos and Sue… none of which find it important to figure out how to get me an appliance. My payments come out consistently. Yet I’m am on day 34 with NO SOLUTION OR EXPLANATION AS TO WHY I DONT HAVE SOMETHING I AM PAYING FOR. this place can’t keep employees and doesn’t find it common courtesy to even communicate. Yet they will allow you to pay no matter if you have your purchase or not.
If i could give zero stars i would. They are SCAMMING PEOPLE!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE AT ALL !!! SUE is the worst customer service representative they have inside that store. I ordered 3 weeks ago and never received my washer and dryer set, and they charged me for the whole month of may and half of junes payments and listed me as delivered when it never was. Then Sue and another associate REFUSED to give me a refund claiming their was no one there who could give me a refund. They changed the delivery date 3-4 times and didnt even deliver it the last time when Sue even CALLED ME to tell me that same day that it would be delivered… but it NEVER CAME. The store doesnt answer the phone when you call. And when they finally do, they hang up on you. Calling customer support doesnt do anything. They told me to contact my bank… then i check the account status online and it says refunds completed but I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY MONEY !! TERRIBLE SERVICE !! And yall wonder why customers start being rude..
I am about to pay off 2 different agreements. One being a washer and dryer. The dryer just broke a week ago. I called immediately and was told I would get a loaner and they would service the dryer. I canceled very important plans just for an employee from the store to come out and do nothing. No loaner was given due to the manager stating they don't do that any longer. So he is sending an in house service person to call me and set that appointment up.Really?? So upset and very unprofessional. So now 2 weeks or more will go by with no dryer. Definitely not happy and that's not how you treat clients.
New and renovated location. Newer staff with a brand new store manager. Check it out.
