Hi. My Name Is Valerie Hunter.. Ive been with Aarons A long time off and on through the years. I love the store, The Atmosphere And the staff! Bert the Manager of Such A Caring Person! He doesn't stop until he has Satisfied the customer End they're Happy! He takes the time too Listen and if he doesn't Have it in His Store he doesn't Let that Stop him even if he has to check with other Stores. Every time he has helped My Husband and I it was A Success!! We have to Appreciate Good People when we see them because it's Very Rare!! I Appreciate Everything they've Done for us! Thank you!🙂
Whoever the Bert guy is needs to be retrained but preferably fired!!! He is very disrespectful, unprofessional and should probably think before he speaks to a customer… regardless of how he feels personally about a customer or their account .. he shouldn’t verbally express it to them…. That’s a bad reflection on the company
We have been working with Mycala, she has been amazing to us!! She has the best customer service skills that I've seen in a while. She is outgoing and friendly as well as very professional. She actually cares about her customers to the the point of coming in on her day off tomorrow to come personally deliver my wife's computer she has been desperately needing for school. I truly thought this place got shut down, and it should. Me and my family bought a couch set and coffee table set from Aaron’s and not even the day after we were covered in bed bug bites. They had one of there workers come in and do a “home inspection”. They looked at the couch and found one bed bug and told us to put it outside. They also claimed they would pay for the bed bug treatment, which they didn’t. They then harassed us everyday showing up trying to take the furniture because we weren’t gonna pay on something they told us to throw out, or pay on something that gave us bed bugs. We ended up calling the higher ups and they did a store inspection and we haven’t heard anything about them since. I was also told by a worker I personally know that they take the furniture with bed bugs and clean it with a carpet cleaner , then put it back out for sale.
My son bought me an oversized recliner chair that I had looked at awhile back. Staff was so helpful and friendly. They had to order the chair, which came in right on time, and was delivered and set up exactly when they said it would be. So pleased with the whole experience of dealing with Aarons. My new super size chair is so comfortable. Easily fits me, 2 grands and a dog and cat, lol. I couldn't be any happier
