I received amazing customer service from Cole when I started my lease with this location a few months ago however things have now changed not for sure why but it has made me not Even want to be a customer at the store anymore! I’m at the point where I’m ready to return the current item that I’m renting from them all because of how I was treated on the phone this morning. Typically Cole Is wonderful and goes above and beyond, but I was wanting to add an item to my lease and it sounded like he was trying to talk me out of it instead of trying to help me! I’m very upset and now I’m not going to add the second item to my lease because of how he tried to detour me from it today the lack of customer service was horrible. I am not pleased. I’ve been with Aaron’s rental for a few years now between another county and here and I’ve never had these issues until today. Very disappointed.

Cole was an absolute pleasure! He went above and beyond to get me exactly what I was looking for. Got me at a great price with a wonderful personality and customer service! There are not too many Cole’s Around anymore, so I just wanted to take a second to recognize him and let him know how much I truly appreciate him and his help! Thank you again, Cole

Everytime I need anything Cole is right there the staff is awesome so ie he

I only give them five stars because of their professional kind manger Cole. He has been so helpful and supportive! Only go when Cole is working. Other than that, your best bet is to call and look online so you aren't disappointed that you are being ignored like you didn't walk in with intent to buy something or a curious possible customer.

After waiting a month for delivery when it was supposed to be 10-12 days, finally getting a date and taking off work to be present, the horrible scheduler messed it up. Now I am forced to take off another day to fix her screw up and no corrective action was offered by the store manager. Definitely won’t be using them again. I had to clear out old furniture for this delivery and am now stuck without a bed for two days.
