Don’t believe them when they tell you a service tech will be at your house between 4-7. They said that Tuesday and they came between 1-4, and when called, they said they made a mistake and told the techs the wrong time. Was then told they would definitely be there between 4-7 Thursday and guess what it 6:58 Thursday and they haven’t arrived. This company lacks professionalism and competence. I wonder is it just this Emporia store or the whole franchise.

Service here is horrible! If you like getting harassed, and your business being talked about on speaker phone where other people can hear .. then this is the place for you to come! I have been a loan Manager for 5 years and I HAVE NEVER talked to my customers the way these people talk to people! I moved and my son needed a bed temporarily until we got everything moved from out of state and Lord knows I wish I would have never done business here! If you have the opportunity to go somewhere else please do, it's definitely not worth the headache!

Very poor service been waiting about two weeks for them to fix my bed no one call or came.i asked them to come and get the bedroom set monday and someone was to pick it up yesterday no one showed and I called about 630 and they said the truck were sitting on the side of road. They have more then one truck and there were enough people in the store to come and get it I were sitting in the parking lot when I call them. They are some big liar

do not I REPEAT DO NOT rent from this crappy, unprofessional Aaron's! They do not know how to do business I ordered a bedroom set they took my money and held it for almost 3 weeks and sent no bedroom set after they came with a lame excuse. I'm guessing because I called headquarters and filed a complaint against this store. Go anywhere but here they bogus don't waste your time or energy! Wouldn't even give them a one star but I had to in order to rate them.
