Only editing this because I'm hoping the owner will see this. Shawn is an awesome manager. Now the accounts manager lady, whoever that is it's got to be the rude is person I've ever dealt with. My stove has been in service for a month and a half and I asked what's going on with it and get hung up on. She is so friken rude.
Chad was very kind and knew what he was doing.

Terrible customer service! I called down there wanting pricing because I need a wash and dryer and was a long time customer in the past and she got ruled and told me that she didn't have time to talk to me and she will give me prices once I was approved and told me to go online because she don't have the time how rude is that I have good credit I just wanted to rent this since I'm in a apartment temporarily but another lost customer I guess Owner reach out to me I'm still interested just don't wont to talk to her!
I originally gave this location 5 stars...after 1 month of being a customer everything has changed. The employees give invalid, incorrect information...they will not honor the lower price they have on the exact same item & its been less than 30 days since the lease was signed.. The 1st week I had to contact them 3-4 times about incorrect information on the app in my account. I was informed it was corrected each time I called. Then looked at the app & the situation was not corrected any of the 3 times I called. Then, the auto draft payment was pulled a day earlier than the agreed upon date. We shall see what comes next. I encourage Aaron's to put more emphasis on lease information & what qualities for the "sale" & ehat doesn't during training. Regards, Jamie
