Customer reviews
came here from out of town. the customer service and experience was the best i’ve had at any other arron’s!! 100% recommend coming here and working with this team! 10/10
Very helpful and very direct. Didn’t push to sell. Made me feel comfortable every step of the way. I’m also a returning customer! They blow rent a center out of the water!
Staff is always willing to go the extra mile to help me get what I need. Always friendly and insightful as well
Just want to give a shout out to Josef hes literally hands down the best, I'm probably the pickiest person when it comes to things and hes been so patient with us. We would recommend him any day of the week. Thank you Josef johnson!
Extremely rude and unprofessional, not helpful.. I came in there with a preapproval and was looking at items… they seemed to want you to buy everything as a bulk deal. I wanted a computer chair, but I have to buy the computer desk that I don’t need…. I wanted to buy a PS item but you have to buy the whole PlayStation five…. Those are two separate items they do not go together they can be played together. I should not have to purchase both… when I showed that I was unsatisfied with the choices that they were making instead of saying they’ll speak to a manager or even trying to work with me. They just was like that’s what our manager wants. They want them sold together so they can sell them out… but it makes no sense to me why they wouldn’t just sell one without the other because at least they’d be selling something.. luckily for me I was able to go over to another location and get my items… very disappointed in their customer service.. and these are the decisions that have made most locations close out
