I have recently been harassed by a team member from Aaron's in Somersworth. Today, a larger woman, banged and banged at my door and then proceeded to threaten me by yelling outside my door. I was not home, but it was caught on my camera. I moved into this house and took it over from a cousin that has the same last name. I have it all on camera and audio. What she did is totally unprofessional and criminally threatened me.

If I could leave negative stars I would. I had a payment arrangement (which yes sometimes I couldn’t pay what they wanted me to) but I ended up moving & they are still going to my old address harassing the new tenants which are about to take them to court. They said they would harass everyone until they get their merchandise back instead of working with me to make payments. I paid them nearly $400 even though it meant my son going without formula and us having to get it through his PCP because I had lost my job and was trying to pay what I could. I hated rent a center but I would actually rather them than Aaron’s. I’ve heard horrible things and now I know why. I’ll never rent again from these morons.

Don’t go here my wife was 2 weeks behind and they showed up intimidating my 9 year old to try to get into my house. Then they made him wake me up. I was sleeping because I work over nights. Mind you this my wife’s account not mine. So as I went and opened my door I was met with an aggressive attitude demanding to get into my house. I refuse as this is my wife issues not mine. I was the. Told after being harassed for 10 mins to get into my house they would come back and get into my house if I liked it or not. This is not okey for a company to act this way and if the same person show up tomorrow acting the same way I will call the police and make a report. Don’t go to these bullies they should be shut down and brought to court.

I have been renting from Aaron's for a long while now. I personally have had no issues with them other than the Item I most recently rented broke.... but I have to say that the staff went up and beyond what I expected. Derrick came out to see the problem first hand then him and Missy came back out and fixed the issue with no questions adked.They both made sure the problem was resolved to my satisfaction. Now i also must say that the store manager herself Has also been a pleasure to do business with. All the staff I worked and spoken with are very polite and pleasure to work with and I will continue to do business with for a very long time to come. It has been a pleasure meeting this staff and having the team you have.

Today is Dec. 26 .....they went above and beyond to make my holiday amazing! Even after I was less then present. Seriously they should both be given a raise ! They practiceed amazing patience and outstanding customer service today. Thank you! Sincerely Tammy G
