Avoid doing business with them at all costs!! Paid extra money for the benefits plus plan and after our washer broke, had it sent out for repair. At first, we were offered no loaner and told it would take several weeks because they send it up Maine to be fixed. After several weeks, we called to see the status of our repair and we were told that it was next in line to be fixed and it was about to be complete. After that four weeks went by, we reached out again we were given a runaround that due to staffing issues, the machine still had not been fixed! Not once has Rent-A-Center reached out to us. We have constantly been calling them. It’s now been two months. Our washer still is not fixed. Despite us constantly calling them, we are constantly given excuses and runaround, and no clarification as to where our washer is and why it’s not being properly fixed, horrible customer service. Over a month and they finally gave us a loaner, but it was a much smaller cheaper machine than what we had, to me just seemed like a Band-Aid fix to shut us up! I just want my machine back and sick of the run around! Stay far far away from Rent-A-Center
the laptop was old and slow i keep getting a 3$ charge for bennifits when i already contacted store its still happening. get better products
I go through them but I returned something and they took the money out of my account it's been 3 weeks and they were supposed to bring buy the cash and still nothing and when I call it's said invalid number
Great Guys!! Walked in last minute & they helped me out anyway then 2 other ppl walked in after me looking for a cellphone this was Xmas eve 2022. They were very helpful!! Did not make you feel rushed!! I just feel horrible in the whole entire rush of last minute holiday shopping & trying to get everything picked up! I gave them the wrong debit card!!(they are both green I'm going to have to put a sticker on 1 of tem) 🤦♀️ but it's fixed now! Great guys to deal with I wish I remembered their names! 😊
Awesome staff! Able and willing to compromise with anyone. Got my Xbox one here when it first came out. It had lots of problems. Would have cost me more money if I had bought them in cash. For all the repairs and replacements. And I ended up liking the “Warrenty” of renting it until I own it. Like a really good insurance policy. Seth and Brandon are awesome people!
