They helped me with everything I ordered and worked with me, with my payments and situation. I received nice products at my door in the time that the worker's of Aaron's said they would arrive and set up.the merchandise.

I don’t even RENT anything from them, and they still call me multiple times in a row, multiple times a day for someone else’s things. I’ve asked to be removed from their call list multiple times, and I’ve blocked their number. They will call me from different numbers every single time. I wouldn’t recommend this place to ANYONE! I have multiple family members who rent from them, and they quite literally harass them and anyone close to them DAYS before their payment is due. Jason, the store manager, is rude and disrespectful and will flat out tell you other people’s business with their finances. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! Updating to add that after MONTHS of asking to be removed from their call list, I am still receiving calls. I do not rent from these people. It has been 9 months since leaving my review and just this morning 1/22/26 I received 6 calls in a row back to back. Here is my call log ALL from Aaron’s. This is out of hand.

I don't appreciate you guys soliciting, leaving your flyers everywhere in my yard, on neighbor's doors. Pick another marketing technique pls. I don't want anyone coming to my private property leaving junk pls.

I brought this ebike from them and it was faulty on the first week I had it, they kept blowing me off when I told them about this error code and I was promised that they will paid the last payment but I only got $5 dollars off I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there they don't care about there customer only your money 🤑🤑

So far we have bought a washer and couch from Aaron's, and we are satisfied. The washer has made our lives so much easier. We went in to get a couch, and Jesus was attentive and helpful, but still also gave us space to look around the store and really decide what we want and need. We had our couch delivered and assembled by Tyler and Jordan. They were professional, courteous, punctual, and friendly. I appreciate the service we got and am feeling glad we made these purchases.
