Had Anthony deliver an air conditioner and he was a rockstar! Couldn’t have done the day without him! If I need something I’m definitely returning to Aaron’s especially with the help from people like Anthony! And when calling in to get his name (cause I forget everything) I had spoken with the manager Angie, who was excellent even suggesting some ideas to help get the most out of my recent purchase!

Have been dealing with aarons for over 10+ years. Very friendly staff. They have always been very kind and helpful. They did a great job getting my fridge set up for me. The staff at the Cambridge office truly care and it shows. Thanks.

I bought a washer and dryer that supposed to be brand new within less than a ye dryer heating element goes bad . The washer hasn’t worked right since day 1 . They took it said they fixed it with all these parts brought it back months later and still no change in the washer. They just need to replace it with a new washer that I should have in the first place. No new washer should have this much problem. I will never deal with them again after this issue

I have been dealing with this store for years and they are always helpful and kind. They really treat you like family. I have gotten a lot of stuff from this location over the years and I can say with confidence that this location is best around.

I bought a Samsung washer and dryer. Before I paid it off I ask that they send it out for repairs. My washer was not spinning correctly and the dryer was running loud compared to when I first bought it. The wasn’t going to take it at first. Then after I got it back a couple months later and had already paid it off. They gave it back not fixed and busted. They broke the lid to my washer. Now I have to tie it up or hold the lid or it just slams right back down. Said they had to order a part it would be a couple month. Nope never did a thing. Now time for a new washer and dryer and I’ve only had this a few years.
