My sister, Carolyn Smith, had furniture delivered and the delivery guys were so fantastic! They were Matthew and Kobe and I adore them! They had trouble fitting a couch in a bedroom, but they were persistent and wonderful and got the couch in. I can't say enough about these 2 gentlemen. They went above and beyond and we really appreciate them. I highly recommend this store....and ask for Matthew and Kobe. We will be customers for a long time as long as these two are around. Thanks so much Matthew and Kobe!! They deserve a raise! 😁

They did a delivery on my road when nobody should have even been driving on my road. They tore up the road. I talked to a manager They said get a license plate number from video, I sent proof via email. No response from the manager. They said if i showed proof it was their driver they would have fixed it. Probably believed i didn't have proof. Completely unprofessional. I can promise I won't be doing business with them again. And the delivery wasnt even mine. I have bought several items from aarons but I think its best I take my business elsewhere since they obviously don't respect customers or surrounding neighbors

Litrally the most disrespectful aarons my wife brought a loveseat and mattresses found roaches in it also when they delivered it a couple months back the main truck driver was disrespecting that young black kid i forgot his name but just straight disrespectful I don't know if that Shane guy is racist or what but for any future black employees please reconsider
