I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I have received from Aaron's after being a loyal member for four years. This year, I encountered an issue with my lease agreement, despite knowing that the terms cannot be altered arbitrarily. It appears that the company can modify the agreement at their discretion, which I believe is unfair. When signing a lease, one expects to pay the agreed-upon amount without any unexpected changes. However, due to an error on the company's part, I have been informed that I owe additional funds. I am now required to pay more out of pocket due to their mistake, which is unacceptable. I have to take time out of my schedule to resolve this issue, and I believe the company should ensure that their staff is competent to avoid inconveniencing their customers. This experience has led me to lose trust in Aaron's, and I will not consider renting from them again in the future. The company's apparent focus on financial gain over customer satisfaction is disappointing, especially given the measures in place to ensure accuracy, such as signed agreements and immediate payment. It is crucial for companies to prioritize attention to detail to maintain customer trust.

Second time we’ve rented from them a couch and the first time we thought it was the apartments we lived at but this time the woman reassured us that there were no bedbugs on the furniture only to find out a week later it had bedbugs. Wouldn’t recommend this to even the devil himself. Irritated bc now I have to get a pest control guy! $800 for a lie. Won’t be coming back!

I've been calling that store for a few days now to try and make arrangements for them to move the washer and dryer I'm renting from them. Just rings every day. Im fixing to go ahead and move it myself. This store never has good customer service, always a process and nothing is simple. My advice, if you absolutely have to use Aaron's, make the drive to Edmond or another location. I had a pretty good experience in Edmond.

I've bought from other Aaron's locations before. Our TV (which we paid off through Aaron's a couple of years ago) died unexpectedly in the middle of the week. I walked into this location and there was only one guy working. He was sitting in the office and made no move to get up and greet me for a couple of minutes. When he finally did come out and ask if I needed help, I asked if they had a 75" Roku TV in stock. They did not. The soonest they could get one in stock and have it delivered was about a week out. I asked if it was possible to check other locations so I wouldn't have to drive to another Aaron's and find out they didn't have one in stock either. He said he couldn't see the inventory of other locations, "but you could call and ask." Then he went back to sitting in his office, doing absolutely nothing in the empty store while I called the nearest other location. The OKC location wouldn't even answer their phone. I called another and didn't realize it was actually a Rent-a-Center. I hung up and tried the OKC location again, got a receptionist who transferred me to the sales team, who never even picked up the phone. So I drove to Rent-a-Center and got a better deal and WAY better customer service. Aaron's just lost a customer of over 10 years. Terrible customer service and just lazy. It's like they didn't even want my business.

Do not trust any person that works here they will only be nice to you to get your money once they do they don't care the manager John doesn't know what customer service is none of the employees know anything about any of the products inside their store you get treated rudely until you show them that you have any money at all this is a store where the manager proves he don't care about you and neither does the people unless they're trying to get commission from your order even if they don't get commission from making an order they get something cuz you can hear them whispering back and forth about it and when you use their repair service then I'll actually repair anything they just keep it from you for 30 days then they'll clean it up a little bit then they'll send it back to you one time they tried charging me for two PS5 that I didn't have but one of they're so bad at lying they want you to think that nobody owns that building or the company at all.

All we wanted was to buy a new washer and dryer they didn't have it in stock so we was going to do it another way destiny asked my mother to go on there website my mother told her that her phone was dead destiny had papers in her hand and she slammed it down when my mother asked could she do it on her computer my mother had already seen the destiny had an attitude and she had to keep going back to her boss for help when she working the front and dont know what your doing?? Anyway when my mom confronted the lady about what she did and why she had an attitude my mom asked do she like her job she said yes but if u liked your job u wouldn't have an attitude with work u had no telling what my mother was going through and all u could do was give attitude when she just wants to buy a new washer and dryer but instead then her boss couldn't even handle the situation and said they would just cancel it instead of arguing and acting like a child grow up!
