Today is the eve of the new year and I wake to a call I had to make to this company telling me I am facing repossession on my dying disabled daughter’s bed and dresser set because the man I’m married to has an unpaid debt and that they had unethically combined the debts! They won’t speak with me. They won’t come get the stuff. They now aren’t excepting payments and they say they have to charge for the whole month because it takes 2 weeks to schedule pick up! So, now my daughter and I are at the mercy of this corporations! I try to explain to them my daughter dialysis schedule, but they seem to show up when we tell them no one is there!

Forget it their service is the worst. The guy that was helping me. He was just trying to get me rejected by just being negative and saying I didn’t have the documents correctly where I came from another store that I was renting from them for four months. The girl that was on training, she was excellent and very welcoming I totally understand if I didn’t have the right documents, but he wasn’t even trying. It was like he was thinking I was lying. But it’s OK at least I had a good conversation with the lady that was training

We had an appointment to have our refrigerator delivered at 10:00-10:45 am. We had a friend, who has a 1 year old and a one month old to pack up, and go 30 minutes out of her way to be there so they could get in the door, as we don’t live up there yet. She was there on time. They called and said they had an “emergency” with the delivery truck and said it would be between 11:30 and 11:45 am. Fine. Things happen. She went and found something to do with her kids to keep them content. 11:45 comes around and no call or update. We call to see what’s going on and they say “we had to run to another store, then the delivery driver will be here after to pick up your refrigerator and deliver.” So will be another 30-45 minutes. They couldn’t tell us why they didn’t have our refrigerator with them, and why they didn’t come deliver it when they told me they would be there in that time frame. My point of this review is to say, if you have an appointment to deliver something, DELIVER IT ON TIME!!! People have lives, and things to do! Terrible experience.

This place is super unprofessional. We originally had a very nice refrigerator stainless steel double door frig on top with freezer on the bottom. We purchased it as we really wanted ice/water. We ended up moving just recently after having frig for about a year. Our new place has no water connections. We were paying $201 per month for the refrigerator. So my husband went in to see if we could exchange a refrigerator for one that didn't have water/ice. The guy said everything was fine, and he offered us another used refrigerator at $100 per month. He couldn't show us the refrigerator as it was on a truck. Well, this was 1 month ago. They never came to pick up other refrigerator that they said they would TWO days in arrow before we had to be 100% out of the home. This was Feb 28th. The refrigerator is still in our neighbors garage as of today (March 24th). They delivered the used refrigerator to our new house when we weren't home, but we had my husband's uncle there to open the door to let them in. When we got home from work, we noticed the damaged refrigerator. You can see into the refrigerator when it's closed. My husband called and said, "Hey, this refrigerator should be trashed." It's in bad condition and we are not paying for it. They said they would switch out the refrigerators. That was 2 weeks ago. Now, they are harassing us for payment of TWO refrigerators.
