I myself have used this branch in the past. My ex currently has a lease with them. However... I keep getting repeated visits from them as he used this address for the lease. It's not a problem, I understand they need to do their job etc... what I do have a problem with is them leaving the "We came by" note STUCK TO MY FRONT DOOR. I called the other day spoke to the manager, who promised it would not happened again. Meanwhile, by the look of my door, it has happened repeatedly (I can not attach a photo). I contacted corporate to make an official complaint. Not only that, when I did call to complain about my door, now the manager has called me several times looking for my ex. I did not give them permission to contact me whatsoever.

These place is very professional and they know how to please the customers. Ruberty is one of the best. He always treat me with respect and always willing to please me as a customer. I had 3 accounts in these store in the past and everything is paid in full. They didn't harass me and never complained . I highly recommen Aaron s from Bartow.
