I have been with this store for a while. I recently got a dishwasher. It was missing the rollers to the bottom tray. But they were quick to find a solution and ordered the missing parts for me. They are a great store with great customers service. I would recommend this store. (UPDATE) The dishwasher smelt like it was burning so Megan the manager had a repair company come out to look at the dishwasher. The technician said he had to order the part. The technician calls me back an hour later and tells me the dishwasher can not be fixed. I reached out to the store and they said they would have the manager call me. That was almost 2 days ago. We've tried to call and no one answers the phone. I am hoping they can give me a discount on my lease since I am facing this situation. So hopefully someone will soon call me back. We have a large family and now we have a broken dishwasher I just made my payment on and I can't use it. Megan is a great manager but it seems she is really busy so maybe the store needs to hire more staff so things can get addressed in a more timely manner. Hopefully they can give me a dishwasher that works

Do not go here. This place is awful a Wolf in sheep’s clothing. I came into this store to get a couch tv and game system, I already have one through another company and wanted to see if I could get a better price, not only where they way more expensive they lied and said I was getting this discount that didn’t exist, I seen a couch and love see by the door sat on it checked it out seemed good, every worked, key point everything worked, went back home thought for a day then figured we could get that for our other living room, had it delivered next day, it was a cash grab, the boy I talked to on the phone agreed with me everything was functioning and proper besides a small tear figured something easy repair, we get this horrendous thing delivered smells like wet dog, probably a last minute attempt to clean it and the wet pulled out the dog smell, but again not the condition it was in store, and 2/4 of the recliners where broken, I called and spoke with an Aaron guy who refused to help, then the manager, they lie and manipulate and prepend will do anything to get a sale. DO NOT go here!

Leased a PS5 for 6 months from them at $130 a month the controller stopped working and their associate Justin was hands down the most disrespectful arrogant customer service associate I've had to deal with in a very long time. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
Aarons and I have a history. Never a disappointment. Only thing I have to complain about is they brought me a new TV and I was sick in bed so I didn't have them bring it up to my room and plug it in. 2 weeks later we plugged it in downstairs and the screen was spidered. I called and spoke to Justin that pretty much said oh well, you still have to pay for it. So I'm stuck paying for this TV and I can't even use it. Wouldn't take it back. Said if I didn't pay for it I would be taken to the magistrate for non payment. So lesson learned, always have them plug it in.
I received their flyer today, and I'm completely stumped. Why would I want to pay almost $900.00 for a used Nintendo Switch, when I can purchase a guaranteed brand new one almost ANYWHERE ELSE for only $300? Who decides these obviously random prices?!?
