Had no choice but to pick few pieces for my new place.as bad as my anxiety was JUAN was very understanding and helped me thru the process of getting approved and my payment plans.i pray delivery will be a smooth one I say this from all the reviews I just read.but in store service was a good one thx to juan
Store clerk assistant cloe/ and Nester/ hasn't been such a great customer service representative. One they played with my account and as well payments screwed up at their expectations. Never got call back from the corporate office as I made multiple complaints regarding to the lease agreement from online that I made...Nester changed the sales online and its insane how they do what ever they want at that location. Sold me a used stereo system as if it was brand new thats a RIP OFF! SOFAS SALE PRICES DINT MATCH THE ONLINE...Thats automatically fraud!! Payments are at your convenience! Weekly/by weekly/ or monthly... They will add extra fees so please pay attention to the account.. Not a great place! Sold me two used merchandise that was used...Been with Aaron's since 2008... Employees are lately SHADY! EVE LEFT AND WAS ONE OF AARON'S GREAT REPRESENTATIVE π Claiming the online website isn't part of their store sales? Also when asked about why the tampering with the online system they refused to answer... All my emails shows FACTS!! DISSATISFIED/ NO LOYALTY/ DISRESPECT..
Beware of this Aaronβs location. On 11/28, I purchased a bed frame and mattress, not knowing the mattress had been sprayed with some type of chemical. As soon as it was in my home, I became extremely sick from the smell and exposure. I contacted the store immediately and asked for the mattress to be picked up and my contract canceled. The manager claims the mattress was never sprayed and blamed the issue to be with my apartment. He scheduled two different pickup dates, and no one showed up either time. I was left with a hazardous mattress in my home and zero accountability from the store. This experience was unsafe, unprofessional, and deeply concerning. Based on what happened to me, this place needs to be investigated. I do not recommend doing business here. The authorities and corporate have been contacted.
Overall, I like the items and the flexibility, i've been a customer for more than 20 years but the manager There is not a trained professional you don't like people or learn how to treat them with respect.Just like they're giving you.You should not be doing this type of job !!!!!
Called to see if they have a Xbox series X disk version unused and sealed. They did! I was hoping they would put it aside for me until Tuesday because I didn't have the first payment until that day I get paid. Called and talked to Nestor and he told me he had 1 in stock and come now to get my Xbox! I was surprised! Took under 10 minutes and I walked out with my new Xbox! Also Kaitlyn I think her name was did a great job doing all the computer work. Very friendly people and they will work with you. I'm very pleased and will do Business again in the future at this Liberty St Springfield location. Thanks for my Xbox guys!
