Nilsa is very professional and very helpful she worked very and did her best to get me approved and help she is the best even tho things didn’t work out between me Aaron’s any other customers that come in can rest assured that nilsa will take good care of them for all there’s needs she will work very hard to make sure you get approved

If I could give no stars I would. My mother just paid off her washer/dryer at the end of August. A few months prior to that, the dryer got sent out for repairs by Aarons because it was making a scraping/scratching kind of noise while spinning. It was two and a half months before she got it back and still had to pay for the dryer. The manager made her believe he was giving her a “discount” on the second month, told her she wouldn’t have to pay for the second month. All he did was add that payment to the end of the lease so instead of her lease ending in July, it moved to August. My mother hasn’t been able to use the dryer because she didn’t have a hose to connect it since she received it back from Aaron’s. She basically just took their word for it that the dryer was repaired. Today, she goes to use it and the noise is now LOUDER than it was before they sent it out to be repaired. Now she’s stuck with a dryer that she cannot use and WASTED ALL THIS MONEY FOR NOTHING. This place is highway robbery. DO NOT lease from them.

Great service, went above and beyond and helping me pick out the product I wanted. I would definitely recommend this particular errs to anyone. This is my fifth purchase. So that should tell you how much I trust and how the follow through with everything they promise, and you never have to look over your back or shoulder as you would with other not say names or companies.

Aaron's is an Awesome store.. I have had an amazing experience with them.. Especially Jim.. he is phenomenal,he is such an awesome person. I can tell you first hand that the staff here at this Store are very caring.. Jim was always nice. He went above and beyond to help me.. I will definitely return in the future.. Thank you all for everything... Jim you deserve a Raise!!! You are truly an Amazing Person!!!
