Amazing professional team here let me tell you I been dealing with Rent A Center for the past 10 years and Mathew the General Manager n Liberty st that’s my guy right there goes above and beyond and the ladies are so kind and walked me through the floor make sure I was comfortable with every product I purchase. This is my 4th ownership can’t wait for the next visit. Thanks Liberty Team

I like RAC but I order two items and received it in Dec 2024. I realized one of the items were too small for the area and asked for it to be returned. I only had it for no more than two weeks. I never turned it on or used it. I was charged the full price of the monthly rate the following month. I asked why and was told that I had it for a month. I purchased the items Nov 29 2024. My delivery date was Dec 7 2024 and it was returned around Dec 28. I do not see how that is fair. I do like the company and the team in Springfield Plaza MA

they reversed the 10 for first week payment and then charged me 45 instead cancel everything I had done online. didn't deliver for 4 days. did not hook up and test, so when I tried to use washing machine kept tripping circuit box. I had to call everyday for a week to return washer. They had already taken Monthly payment and so I paid 200.00 for a Machine I couldn't even use. They told me they would refund $75.00, But it would have to be in cash! I'm disabled elderly woman. This experience has been horrible.
