I thought this experience was gonna be a good one my first time being a customer of Rent-A-Center, but I spoke too soon I’ve never rented from a company that is so unprofessional and have no communication skills with their coworkers and especially when they try to talk down to the customer like are you serious right now?

Customer service is very poor. Management talks down to you unfortunately and They won’t charge your account and charge you a late fee my bank and routing number is linked to my account But the manager said my payment was never received lies I wouldn’t recommend leasing from them.
