What you can rent here
Rent-A-Center is a national rent-to-own chain with 1,948 stores across all 50 states, reaching communities from Lawrence, Massachusetts and Kissimmee, Florida to Harlingen, Texas and Booneville, Mississippi. Launched in 1973 in Wichita, Kansas, it was the first national chain to scale the rent-to-own model, building standardized showrooms stocked with new, name-brand merchandise. Stores carry furniture, appliances, electronics, computers, mattresses, gaming, and smartphones on flexible weekly or monthly lease agreements, and like most rent-to-own stores they typically do not require a traditional credit check. Rent-A-Center holds a 4-star Google rating across more than 152,000 reviews. Compare Rent-A-Center on VRTO alongside other rent-to-own stores near you, with hours, ratings, and what each carries.

Customer reviews
I thought this experience was gonna be a good one my first time being a customer of Rent-A-Center, but I spoke too soon I’ve never rented from a company that is so unprofessional and have no communication skills with their coworkers and especially when they try to talk down to the customer like are you serious right now?
Changing my review because the delivery crew were 5 stars. 2 stars for the internal customer service crew. Give those men a raise.
The staff is great! So much do I moved my account to this location.
Always loved the company been with them for years great service and helpful all the time
Customer service is very poor. Management talks down to you unfortunately and They won’t charge your account and charge you a late fee my bank and routing number is linked to my account But the manager said my payment was never received lies I wouldn’t recommend leasing from them.
Great staff and very professional. Knowledgeable and helps get the customer best deal.
