I would like to rectify I amazing Angelo the manager was ensuring I got a decent product for my family I wrote a review about the store no the service . From my understanding Angelo can only do so much but he was so professional and helpful and tried so hard to accommodate all my families want and needs at a fair price!!!!!
I have been at the main st location for over 2 years I have rented numerous items from this location and never had a issue never had a payment issue I was always respected and when I wasn’t my voice was heard and apologies were given I rencently had a issue where I was a week or two late and I called in that’s when I had to deal with the district manager Kurt and found out the store manager left I told him my situation and he didn’t care he was very rude even hung up on me that’s when I physically went to the store where he was even more rude I told him my paycheck issue he told me well I have a business to run and I said I get that I’m sorry I told him look at my account this is the second time in two years I was late he didn’t care I told him I can wait for a court date if you would like but it would take him longer to get the date vs me paying what’s owed and that’s when he told me hey if I are just planning to steal the stuff that’s on me I just wouldn’t be able to ever rent from any rent a center again I looked at him in shock said first I have done nothing but communicate and secondly I’m standing in front of you trying to work out payment he said that doesn't matter he has had numerous people do the same and how they did nothing but steal so unfair to compare me to others Kurt is the most rude judge mental person I ever came across couple days later I got a call I didn’t answer got a voice mail it was Angelo so I called him back he listened to me I had told him my issues and the issues that I was having he listened he worked with me and my accounts got paid and back on track Angelo is probably one of the best managers I have yet to come across he listens he doesn’t judge he gives you the benefit of the doubt when in need he is the reason I continued to do business with rent a center especially after how bad Kurt treated me I have paid off accounts sense Angelo became manager I even got new items because Angelo listens and he goes above and beyond for his customers with out a ounce of complaining he’s respectful and he even checks in to make sure you are happy with the product as long as Angelo is the store manger I will continue to do business with rent a center if he ever leaves so will I because I don’t wanna ever cross paths with the district manager Kurt ever again he’s mean and judgmental and all he cares about is business doesn’t care about the. People
Yesterday I had a bed delivered past there closing time I was happy with the service I got from the managers at this location the managers themselves brought the bed on their own time I will keep getting my furniture and electronics through them
Sapphire was amazing. She directed me towards the perfect item for both my budget and preference. The delivery team was polite and efficient. All of my questions, as well as my options were both answered and explained clearly. A very easy and pleasant experience. Thanks
The staff was friendly and accommodating. He helped me find what was the best option they had in my price range! It's hard to find staff like this now a days, The gentleman's name escapes me at the moment and I really wish I could think of it!
