Customer service is very poor. Management talks down to you unfortunately and They won’t charge your account and charge you a late fee my bank and routing number is linked to my account But the manager said my payment was never received lies I wouldn’t recommend leasing from them.
We’ve never had any issues with as fats as getting out furniture delivered or either experienced any damages or any used furniture rent a center has been great and we have always received a great service we appreciate your service
Once upon a time I had a bad history with RAC and when I really needed it I could not get approved even with them but after a thorough look at my application and entirely different circumstances years later and checking references Doug gave me a chance (on auto pay) and I was able to fill my house with the furniture I needed. We ended up paying off a living room set, dining room set, bedroom set, and a washer and dryer set early. It's been a few years now but my fridge ( a cash n carry older fridge also from RAC) crapped out the other day and most of our food went bad and frozen stuff turned to soup and when I called RAC again in tears with just days until Christmas, the manager took the time (on his day off) along with his incredible team ( I believe it was Scott and Pablo?) to help out and get a delivery for a fridge scheduled within the next 3 days or sooner. The team immediately got on the phone with me, was compassionate about the situation, said they'd make some calls, and they called me back shortly after. I can't thank them enough for always coming through when it was truly needed. Thanks guys as always! A well deserved 5 stars.
Pretty straight forward, they are basically nice people and pretty much get you what you want and do definitely work with you…… but if you are a day or 2 late they WILL hound you and even send people to your house until you pay that balance. I kinda get it, but people work and have stuff going on…… that’s my only complaint. Otherwise a good place.
On the surface everyone is nice, courteous etc. They went out of their way for the initial contract...but I made due with an a/c that didn't fit my window but provided cool air for 2 months. I switched it for a PC, substantially cheaper, delivered a day late with no notice (I'm always calling them) they just divert me to other employees. They can't keep a time line and just seem to tell you what you want to hear. I don't have the power cord for my PC. Called yesterday about it, told it would be brought 1st thing today. I called at 12 and no one ever made note I even called yesterday. They said with in the hour, it is now after 3. They may just get the computer back at this point 😉 Can't do much with no power cord! **Reply to RAC, I did last month when this happened. I was told a district manager would be in touch. Haven't spoke to anyone. 😔
