Was helpful at first but was not very informative. Mower i rented was for a month it lasted 2 times mowing and quite working. Told them I just needed it til mine was fixed. So I sent it back and they said no money back for the reset of the time. Talked to customer service which was very nice and told me they would talk to state management. Store called me back and told me the same thing. I have been dealing with rent a center for 8 years and never had this issue. Plus side was everyone was nice about it. I was just not happy about losing money for at least 2 weeks worth of time since it was not working and did not need it anymore anyway. Rent to own is just that you get it when you need it and have it go back when you do not. Not suppose to lose money on things.

You have your normal stores ... Then there's this place.... I just happened to be lucky enough to be needing a couch on customer appreciation day. Let me tell you something, these guys knew how to appreciate customers. I had hot dogs and chili from a Crock-Pot, chips a drink... Cookies ... A key chain, a hat lol come on now guys. I started low key feelings pretty Awesome....👌🏻 He walks us around showing us what he has ready available and 😳 ..... It was mine before I came through those doors. My first time doing ok enough in life to actually go to a furniture store... And I got something Pre-owned because these guys know customer service. This is your furniture store ESPECIALLY in Huntington Indiana area! Thanks for showing me good customer service doesn't still exist... But in some places it's the foundation?

I love this Aaron's. Best one around. Great bosses,good staff,all are helpful and awsome. Casey is my favorite n he's a Super Star. He will help you out anyway he can. 🙃🫠🥰. You won't regret choosing them☺️

Renting a washer and a dryer from them and when they brought it, it was not the one I told them I wanted and I found out I'm paying 20$ more a month.. The dryer came without a plug because they were out and did not know when they could get more in so I couldn't use my dryer unless I bought one myself. I received it yesterday and they called me today and told me my bill was due even though they are running a special saying you don't have to pay for a month. This is the worst experience I have had with aarons and I'm debating on if the washer and dryer are worth it.
