Arrival convenient, easy to park. Plenty of space. Can be overnight. Door for unloading is behind the shop. Unloaded by hand but quickly. Friendly and welcoming professional

Very disappointed with the customer service here. $55 down for a mattress. Went to the Sprague location and didn’t even pay a dime got my mattress and everything set up. Highly recommend the sprauge location !!

I have to say this is a really good place. These people are very helpful. They are willing to work with you when you’re having a hard time paying your bill. I haven’t been threatening to get my furniture taken away. I would prefer and recommend over Rent-A-Center any day.

Laura was A-MA-ZING!! She was patient and kind... she was efficient and was willing to work with us to find the perfect furniture. She made my experience better than I could have ever expected. And it doesn't end there... the delivery men; Sloan and Dustin(?) Were EXCELLENT. They were willing to work with us on staging the furniture perfectly. They followed instructions well and were friendly. These are the people you want helping you. They all made us feel appreciate as customers and respected.
