It’s like their workers never talk to each or do what they say, one person calls and says one thing, next day someone else calls and says something different, they need an new system, and new employees.

Aarons operates business that provides rent to own Furniture and Appliances at inflated prices if you opt to make payments. No problem with that, the issue lies with their customer service. I picked up a recining chair many months ago and had to go with the monthly payment option. When we received the chair some stitching in the seat had broken. We had them send out their repair person. He wanted to restitch the chair with thread of a totally different color and size of thread. We declined and advised him that we would call the store. Upon contacting Aarons we were told that was all they could do for us. After giving it some thought we decided that we were clearly dealing with a business who. was not going to stand behind what they sold, so we had no choice but to either send back the chair we had already spent hundreds on or agree to the shoddy repair. I have now asked every month for six months to get them to send the repair person. Every month i get a profuse apology and a promise to get it done right away. Every month they do absolutely nothing. Considering that i will have thousands of dollars in the chair when i pay it off, I find that completely unacceptable.
Arrival convenient, easy to park. Plenty of space. Can be overnight. Door for unloading is behind the shop. Unloaded by hand but quickly. Friendly and welcoming professional
Very disappointed with the customer service here. $55 down for a mattress. Went to the Sprague location and didn’t even pay a dime got my mattress and everything set up. Highly recommend the sprauge location !!
I have to say this is a really good place. These people are very helpful. They are willing to work with you when you’re having a hard time paying your bill. I haven’t been threatening to get my furniture taken away. I would prefer and recommend over Rent-A-Center any day.
Laura was A-MA-ZING!! She was patient and kind... she was efficient and was willing to work with us to find the perfect furniture. She made my experience better than I could have ever expected. And it doesn't end there... the delivery men; Sloan and Dustin(?) Were EXCELLENT. They were willing to work with us on staging the furniture perfectly. They followed instructions well and were friendly. These are the people you want helping you. They all made us feel appreciate as customers and respected.
