I wish I can put no stars for this place my communication has been very clear and was looking for a sofa loveseat and recliner set. After finding what we were looking for we went to have a second look at this set and noticed a sofa near this set we were about to buy and that sofa had bed bugs on it my wife and I practically ran out of the store in fear. I feel deceived by this place and their staff telling me that they thoroughly clean disinfectant and kill any and all pests. Walking in you notice that the store just looks dirty and the personnel running this store have no standards for professionalism or cleanliness all Aaron's locations have lost my business for allowing this place to operate this way it's utterly disgusting.

In order to unload you need to come from the north and in order to enter the territory will have to drive on a road with opposite traffic. There is no door to unload, parking near the building. Be careful when driving around the posts. Friendly friendly staff.
I haven't been into an Aaron's in years. I was pleasantly surprised. It was clean and organized. The furniture was super cute and trendy. I was greeted by Somorrow. She was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I will be back. Thank you again Somorrow.
Horrible company! I keep telling my mother to stop doing business with these crooks and liars, now she will finally listen to me! Went in yesterday to pick up something for my mom and paid $50 down. Decided this morning she didn’t want it and never opened the box. Called them and they won’t give her a refund of the $50 or a credit towards her other purchases she had been renting for almost 12 months. Those items are just a month or two away from being paid completely off. If you go to any other store you are entitled to a refund - especially within 25 hours! I understand if she kept it for the whole monthly rental term or even longer than 48 hours but this is bs. She will be pulling her other rental - washer and going to RAC. They have messed up so many times and always tell us incorrect information. She was upset and called again and told them she wants to return her washer since she doesn’t want to do business with them anymore. Now they claim all returns must go through corporate. Since when??? She isn’t getting a refund for the unused days on that washer and didn’t ask! I hate Aaron’s as a company and feel really sorry for their employees.
