I’ve been a customer at the CRT location for years and I have never seen the rudest crew than they have now. I will never purchase anything from this location after I’m done with my latest purchase.

Can't keep an appointment time, can't keep their word. Apparently can't read a clock. They better hope my reptiles don't sick and require veterinary care because they made us not be able to go to El Dorado for pet food. All the staff knows how to do is lie and give an attitude. Will NOT be back, ever!!

Waited over 8 hours for furniture to be picked up. Customer service is a joke. I won't get anything from here ever again. Furniture cost more than ot should when the stuff is poor quality.

I was told my stuff would be here before two o'clock I called them they said it raining the truck pulled over on side the road for safety I waited till 330 and called them they told me the trucked turned around cuz it was raining to bad so they couldn't even call and tell me they left me in the dark with it now they say I got to wait 3 days before I can get my stuff wat about the curb side pickup o they don't do that either very bad service ig I need to apply for the management position at Aaron's
