Would not recommend anyone ordering from this store. Not reliable at all. I ordered a reclining rocking chair and couch from the East Hartford store. I called to schedule a delivery date and they needed to change the date twice. On the scheduled delivery date they "accidentally " only brought my chair. I had to reschedule a different date for my couch. I wanted it on a Monday or Tuesday because they're the ones that unconvinced me by not delivering it. I was told no it had to be Wednesday. I asked them to do our delivery first then because of my bf needing to stay up for the delivery instead of sleeping for his 3rd shift job. 2:30 PM came and still no couch. I called and was told that they could not make it. They wanted to reschedule again. I told them no, just cancel my couch. I am now going to be shopping elsewhere for a couch. Worst experience ever!

There are always on time. Very professional. Very pleasant when I no longer needed the item any longer cuz I bought one. They were still just as pleasant as ever. I would definitely recommend errands in East Hartford!

I'm a customer who always pays. Every single month for the year and change that I been dealing with aarons. Never NOT paid a bill or skipped a month, on my fridge or washer and dryer. What's so annoying about aarons of east hartford is, the fact that they will blow up your phone on your due date from 8am till whenever they decide to stop until you pay your bill. I don't mind paying my bill, just have other things going on so I'm not very "punctual" with payments. But the constant harassment for a payment on someone's due date is so insane to me. Other than that I never really had a problem with this place. Just the constant disregard of their customers because they want their money when they want it. And that's cool and all, it's just not something that I can't appreciate as a customer.

Let me get this through to you whoever you are…it’s so annoying to have to think about how I was suckered by your staff every time one of your goons shows up to work his game on one of your unfortunate customers. I have to stop what I am doing and show him the couch and I have to stop myself from giving him any money, because I try to live my life by a certain code. I have leased before when I didn’t have another option, but I paid off everything happily because it was a honest deal and decision. I was given the facts about everything. However, the store I worked with has closed and the store that was in charge of my lease this time is shameful and I have no intention of paying any attention to anything other than the money being returned to me or at the very least the nice rug I ordered 8 months ago. It didn’t arrive with the sectional and in its place was an ugly white rug. I have 2 young children, I did not want it and would never get a white rug!! then go through the whole thing all over again, then he sends it to the boss and I am told that I will get my rug that Wednesday or Thursday. What a load of rubbish!!!! You ar….on 2 separate occasions pictures have been sent to the manager or supervisor of the horrible ripped couch that was supposed to have a small tear. I was told that I could get some money knocked off my total balance if I didn’t mind a small rip on the couch. The couch had many rips and the biggest one appeared to be glued w/a very small amount of glue. The rip was the entire back of the cushion in a way that needed to be fixed properly to prevent more damage. It is the biggest of the many rips!!! e the worst kind of scammers. I will never give you another cent!!! You should be giving me back all the money you have already successfully grifted me out of! I have been told every other month that the rug

HORRIBLE STORE!! RUN!! You have better chances of better customer service than this store somewhere else for sure!! They don’t communicate in a timely manner, they are very unorganized, they don’t take accountability when they are wrong and blame the customer when they finally get fed up! They talk bad about each other to the customers. The manager Liz is very rude and all over the place. I miss the old team there. This is what happens when you hire the wrong ppl in a respected business. Can’t wait to be done with my payments so i can tell them to go where they belong! Eww
