So we had a couch from Aaron's and we couldn't afford it no more so we had return it so came got it my husband and got a refrigerator to so he was making a payment on refrigerator but they had took it for the refrigerator instead I don't feel like that's right if we returning the the couch that means that we can't afford it no more that's why we returning it so why would they go all the way and still put a payment The lady don't know what she's saying My husband's telling me that he she said that we still had it pay that That's why we're giving the couch back because we can't pay it and they just took my my husband's money instead of putting your word need to be I have talked to the lady she said already talked to your husband yeah but you took the money we're supposed to be for the refrigerator yeah they do have attitude sometimes but on their side they had made a mistake once we return something we do not have to pay for it no more

Completely rude and inappropriate reponse. I am here for a short stay and I went their website. Since then I have been overwhelmed by phone calls (I have to work too!!) In any case, I think her name was Phyliss.... no answers to any questions, all she wanted was my personal information. She would need that information and we can discuss apparantely--- I told her I would be in to look at what they have. She remined me to bring ID and birth certificate. I said yes ma'am, Ill be right there. Avoid these money grabbers!!!
The lady was very helpful! There computer system was down when we arrived but she agreed to reach back out to me on Monday morning to continue my purchase and pulled it off the floor.
I only had the tv for about Three weeks now everytime I look up it’s a problem with the tv literally the next day it was delivered they had to come out twice since. Remote don’t work tv barely work , the tv or remote or both just simple old. Time for something new would not recommend
