Apparently when you purchase from them they expect you to return your merchandise if you move and repurchase elsewhere because they’re a franchise. So military families beware and DO NOT YSE THIS AARONS.
The lady was very helpful! There computer system was down when we arrived but she agreed to reach back out to me on Monday morning to continue my purchase and pulled it off the floor.
So im not the type a person that writes bad reviews but i feel this one has to be done ive been with multiple aarons and in diffirent states for about 5 years but this Aarons in particular has been the worst experience the manager should be fired she does not know one thing about running a store she makes her own rules. In the aarons my account app is a choice to extend your payment for 7 days but in her rules she says that doesnt exist so then why would there be that option? She constantly tries to add in home visit fees wich shes only been here once she tried to add another in home fee this month even thoe in the app i used my extension that ive been using for the past 5 years with out a problem but she now wants to make it a problem i feel a big corporation like this should get people that are capable of understanding on how to run a multi million business not a person that has no idea how to do so the reviews all speak for themselfs
I only had the tv for about Three weeks now everytime I look up it’s a problem with the tv literally the next day it was delivered they had to come out twice since. Remote don’t work tv barely work , the tv or remote or both just simple old. Time for something new would not recommend
Never Again! This was the first time I placed an order with Aaron's. I placed it online, completed the application, paid the deposit, which was immediately charged. I contacted all of my references so that they would not be put off by this call from a strange company and waited. When I heard nothing by the next day, I contacted the store directly and was asked to leave a message for the manager. The manager called back and told me the items could not be delivered for at least a week! Apparently, their truck only comes in once a week (????). I was immediately put off but since I had already paid, I went along. A few hours later, I receive an email that my order was canceled. I called the number on the email and was told it was because they could not reach my references, due to invalid phone numbers (I had spoken to them the day before btw) or a reference could not verify where I worked(Why verify my employment through my friend when you have my employer information on the application? CALL THE EMPLOYER!). I asked if we could verify that the numbers were correct and they said they could not because the order was already canceled. Even worse, my deposit will not be refunded for 5-10 business days! I asked why since it did not take 5-10 days to charge it! Anyway, I am stuck waiting for my deposit, when if I went elsewhere, I could have had my order filled on the same day. Never again Aarons! Never again!
