David the manager is rude as hell. Very argumentative. Also I purchased the protection plans for all of the stuff I bought from them and paid extra for that. My wife tripped and fell and landed on the TV and broke the screen. David told me the protection plan does not cover the screen... the one thing that is actually going to break... the insurance doesn't cover? Jokes, closing my account and returning the fridge, washer, pressure washer, and David told me he won't take the TV back so I guess its going in the trash but I can promise one thing, aarons will never see another dollar out of me.

David, the manager was absolutely rude. He wasn’t rude. Just the first time I ever went in there ever went in there mind you he was rude this time after I got the mattress not the one I ordered but a whole different one it was delivered set up until I realized two days into it that this was not the right mattress because I was rushed to hurry up and sign it before they even said it up, set it up until I signed it when I signed the paperwork now it’s not even the same mattress that I ordered When I ask how much it is and all that they say it’s the same everything is the same. It’s just a newer version. I don’t know what I got paperwork drop off. The gentleman that dropped off I had sheets so I gave them both a brand new set of sheets because I sell merchandise. That was the tip I had given him. I did not have any cash. It was the transaction. I’m a little upset about this whole thing.

This location of Aarons in Sebring, FL has proven by far to have the best most professional honest caring staff I've encountered in the rent to own stores I've come across! Dave really went above and beyond to make sure my delivery made it even after close! Great customer service! Highly recommend this place & I can guarantee you that you won't find better service elsewhere!

This location is so great. My fridge went out literally out of nowhere and I called Aaron’s in Sebring and spoke to David. He was so professional and kind, and they were able to deliver a new fridge to our house the same day!! The delivery drivers were also absolutely fantastic, they even put my old fridge on the car port for me! I will definitely continue to use Aaron’s in the future.

My husband and I have been going to this location for 6 years now and every experience has been amazing. I went into the store and asked if I could have a couch delivered the same day because I’m impatient. I walked out of the store, buying a whole new living room set, dining room, and three video games all of which were delivered within hours of my leaving the store. The delivery crew was efficient at getting everything inside quickly and took great care of everything. Thanks again!
