The best Aarons store around!! The employees are very polite and respectful. Especially John! He helped me so much during this last year getting it paid off. Would recommend to anyone!!

I previously left a review a few weeks ago after my appliances were delivered, but I have since had those appliances returned today. The two guys that came and got the appliances did not alert me that there was a puddle of water on the floor after taking out the appliances. They left my door wide open and did not tell me they were finished. I only knew they were done because I heard them drive away. They did not provide me any paperwork to sign that would indicate the appliances were transferred to them and the condition. I called and spoke to the manager John who is aware of the situation.

The guy who installed my appliances didn’t put the doors back on to my linen closet. Also wasn’t told until the appliances arrived that I needed to purchase an additional item myself.

I recently went to Aaron’s recently last Friday evening because I purchased my new home and wanted to get new furniture….i came to the store Friday at about 6pm and I wasn’t aware they closed at 7pm but I would still think it’s enough time to browse….no instead I was greeted terribly and told they were about to close and I didn’t have much time. I calmly said ok I will spend my money else where and the guy proceeded to laugh and said have a nice day. So I decided to go to Ashley’s furniture department that also offered financing and with my over 700 credit score I was approved for 4000….moral of the story learn how to treat your customers and could have got an great client buy hope this helps you guys in the future Good Day 😉

Wife and I purchased a Hybrid mattress at Springfield IL location (S McArthur store). Best decision we've ever made, next to getting married. Super restful sleep, my aches and pains have diminished considerably, wake up feeling really refreshed. Randy suggested the Hybrid to us, guided us marvelously thru the purchase process. Couldn't be happier🤗
