I can't believe how well Aaron's has been treating me since I started living here in Hornell everything that I've wanted they've been right there and helped me with and now that I move in they were right there to help me when I needed someone to move me or to move my belongings that I got from them Aaron's and everybody over there has been the utmost respect for everybody that walks through their doors if I would ever ask for anybody to ever to rent anything from I would be errands and Aaron's alone fantastic job Aaron's keep up the good work I would always recommend your store to anybody and everybody here in Hornell thank you one very pleased customer

Will never rent from this place again, I rented a television for a few months than ran on financial issues so I took the television back to the store as they stated I could as I picked it up at the store, so when I arrived they made a bullcrap story and refused to take the television back, I filed complaint with corporate office
Best place to rent things from. The will work with you to keep you stuff
I’ve purchased 4 items from this place in one year I get a washer and dryer that literaly spews water all over my first floor home you know what I’m told. There’s nothing we can do about it today. Well not only did you pieces of crap lose your number one customer but I absolutely plan on getting ahold of the district manager and I’ll also be suing for damages to my home.
It’s been an absolutely horrible experience. We are told we owe one price we call to make a payment then they come up with another price . They manger or who ever he was got into a screaming match with me , I was simply trying to ask a question and he was hostile and rude . They are suppose to work with you but getting them to work with you if you need to change a payment day is near impossible and then you’re made to feel horrible . My items are nearly paid off but they act like I owe all this money . I called did a two week payment arrangement just to have their delivery people tell me I better have my husband call them .. so he did and the lady looked up our account and had no idea why they said that because we are current on our accounts . I won’t even get into how creepy some of the delivery guys are . After my items are paid off here shortly I will never do business again with them and I will warn people about going to them .. I will say Christine who works here is amazing , she has always been sweet and amazing to work with but everyone else I have worked with there had been rude . When we came into make a payment two of the male employees were trashing a customer after they got off the phone with them in front of all of the customers that were in the store including my young children they things they were saying about that customer were not nice and I am sure it’s probably not the first time they have talked bad openly about customers in front of other customers in the store . They should probably take a class in how to behave in a professional setting.
