Dodged a bullet!!! So I was trying to get a TV stand since people on the Facebook market kept flaking. After getting approved, I got an email that I had to call the 1800 number since there was information that had to be verified. They asked a bunch of questions that I couldn't even remember like old addresses, and phone numbers. I answer the questions and get ANOTHER email that said I was no longer approved because I answered the questions incorrectly. I call back to speak with someone and am on hold for 23 minutes. At that point I said forget it and hung up. That was nothing but devine intervention because the idea of paying $2800 for a stand that was work $120 on amazon all because I was intrigued by the $0.01 down is CRAZY. I don't care how desperarte you are, DO NOT DO THIS!!! you're better off going on amazon and doing an affirm plan.
I ordered a sofa and loveseat from this store last week on 11/10/2025 and it says on their website “5-7 days for delivery” now there telling me I won’t get it till the beginning of December when they have my items in store! Very disappointed with this service
I ordered both online and a got a TV from here (will be delivered Friday) everyone I spoke to so far has been AMAZING! I’m so excited for my stuff to be delivered!
UPDATE: contacting that email address they mentioned is useless, they didn't respond and nothing came of it. I'm not sure if they are just using it for feedback but no actual action? Please do better!! Horrible!!!! The staff is rude and not empathetic of anyone with a disability that struggles to communicate over the phone. I've tried to email, go through live chat, and they are all telling me to call the store. If I just had an email or another way to communicate, there would be no issues. I cannot go to the store to talk or talk over the phone without struggling DUE TO MY DISABILITY. The last time I called, the store manager Carrey yelled at me and made me feel less than human. I cannot understand how someone could be so angry over something that doesn't PERSONALLY belong to them. We got a bedframe and a couch set, and the bedframe was horrible quality and felt like it should've costed $50 in total. We didn't want it and told them to pick it up today (Friday 11/1). They showed up and took the bedframe AND the couch, without telling me that we would also lose the couch. Like we confirmed that they were just taking the bedframe and they came for the couch too. I've been trying to communicate but no one is responding or if they do it's in a hostile manner. I'm considering reporting these people for lack of accessibility and discrimination, this experience has been embarrassing and uncomfortable. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!! THEY DON'T COMMUNICATE WITH THEIR DRIVERS AND THEY SURE WONT COMMUNICATE WITH YOU. This is a backup account for me so if they have a response that my name doesn't come up in their records, it's because I don't want to use my real name due to the nature of the situation.
The whole crew at Aarons on broad street are the best. I purchased a rent to own sectional set. (AFTER I had purchased a gaming computer from them 2 years prior.) The whole process throughout the lifetime of the loan has been easy and smooth. Any problems I may have had on payments were always handled with great customer service and care. When I talk to anyone from Aarons, I always call them by their first name. You just feel open and comfortable like that. Great store great people great experience. I do recommend. Ask for Baron.
