Very poor upsetting customer service, had a scheduled delivery Friday they never showed, Today Monday as well , no one showed up. Besides that you call and the girls that pick up the phone are always mad when you questioned them to see what is going on. Ask to talk to the manager Friday no one called me back.

Why even offer online services when you force the customer to come into the physical location to prove identity it's 2025 why can't we just send you that information via the website seems kind of counter productive I'm better off just doing everything in store at that point. Make it make sense?

Purchased a dryer 3 weeks ago and it stopped working last week. After three times calling to get it fixed, still nothing. I'm planning on dropping it off at their front door and letting EVERYONE know just how horrid the customer service really is!!!!

So happy the new manager is there turning the store around. Definitely need a strong lead like her to hold people accountable and run a successful store.

Completely unprofessional staff and nobody ever knows what’s going on. I gave them money after they took half my item as collateral for that money and everything goes fine with getting them back until the store manager gets on the phone and there is always some reason why she won’t give them back when that money was supposed to settle my account. My mom almost died from her cancer treatment and I’m being treated live a villain because I had something more important to worry about than apparently being ripped off by this store YET AGAIN. I waited over 2 full weeks not receive a call from a manager like they said I would receive but they have my money so I guess they got what they wanted. The better business bureau will be getting a phone call too. You can thank the Hillsboro store manger personally for that. I’m expecting a phone call tomorrow according to her so we’ll see if y’all actually care to fix your mistakes or not.

Multiple order problems the day that was scheduled for delivery they couldn't make it because their truck didn't arrive on time. The second day I scheduled the delivery. I waited around the house all day furniture did not show up. I called them. They said they had me down for a nighttime delivery. I told him that wasn't possible because I've already had plans to be somewhere that night. Horrible customer service do not trust anything they say.

Only reason I give 2 stars is because of your rude staff and manager . Anytime I’m late on my payment they herrase you and are rude when they call . I understand they collect and want on time payments but who cares if I make my payment on my due date or after as long as I pay every month . If a late fee is added I pay it and don’t complain. I have paid off 2 agreements already as well. This should show I’m a customer that pays and doesn’t run off with unpaid furniture, and this should prompt your staff to at least not call me being rude if you must call me. I suggest you all find a way to start reporting credit . This way I have an incentive to pay early or on time otherwise an on time payment to you all doesn’t matter to me. As long as I pay you guys for the month don’t call me being rude.
