Let's start with getting a pre owned space saver washer/dryer combo, waited over a month for delivery on that, got conned into the insurance, after delivery and hook up the whole thing didn't work, tried making a claim, if its not a natural disaster they dont help at all, Delivery is definitely unreliable, I was supposed to do a swap out been waiting 2 months for it was supposed to happen today, and every day of Delivery gotta make a payment, because you have to be caught up, but why do i need to pay for something that isn't even in my apartment? Once again today my washer and dryer was paid for and they didn't show, I called at around 6:45pm someone picked up and hung up, there's one employee that I would rate a 4-5, otherwise, Definitely try someone else!

Sid and Charles were awesome! I'm a Cancer patient and the guys got my new couch and bedroom set and new 50 inch TV up on no time. These 2 men were very professional and kind. I thank these 2 men for all their hard work and time! Thanks again Sid and Charles!

Wish no star was a option have been waiting for my son's bed for weeks keep getting the run around....do yourself a favor rent from any other Aaron's buts from this one. Horrible customer service was promised after a missing bed that it would be delivered today and now just informed by delivery driver next month totally unacceptable

I wouldn't even give them a star ...the worst customer service EVER ..NEVER would I refer anyone to AARONS....there word is trash ...they lie to corporate to cover there stupidity....set up so many times and dates to.pik up there just k and left us hanging ...was moving didn't know what the hell to do with the stuff..Im a cancer patient and the stress these people caused me late appointments to chemo waiting g on them and this was going on since March...Never heard a word from the after they failed to pik up April 17th and they wanna have CORPORATE calling me NOW! These people are just as bad ! People calling hanging up on me then saying they don't know who called its totally insane !! Please don't go there youvwill have nothing but a HEADACHE !! COME ON GEG IT TOGETHER and I only gave a star cause I had to !!!!!!

After buying a ps5 from them, no late payments in 18 months and they treated me like crap. Will never rent from them ever again. My ps5 remote has a glitch problem and they won't replace it. I still have 2 payments left and will not get anything else. I also paid 12 dollars a month for the insurance which they tell me now that it's only for the system.

Management was not on the same page, disputing on the mistakes made but made me drive out of my way to pick up my merchandise for me not receive my merchandise. cancelled my service due to they’re poor service. experience was the worse and management was very unprofessional.

You can't get a person to answer the phone but every time you call customer service for help they just transfer you right back to the store that doesnt answer 3. The only thing they are on point with is billing you 4. It's like a bad relationship that wont end. Even if you think you canceled
