Manager Bertha was very rude after selling me a used tv and locked charged me for a brand new tv price and they kept sending people to reset my tv when it was asking for old customers password very unprofessional and still had the time to put it as I stole there tv

I only went with this store because they would be able to deliver before American Furniture Warehouse, then was cancelled and rescheduled twice for delivery in two days with the original delivery date over a week passed. Employees called me saying “the delivery truck was broken into overnight” and did not even know a day when they would be rescheduling me before they called so when I asked all the woman said was “I’m not sure we’re trying to figure it out now”. Needless to say it’s worth the extra money to go literally anywhere else to get furniture, save your mental sanity girl.

Do not rent from this place they will approve you and then they would treat you like crap. Make you pay the money sign the documents. Make you believe that you're getting a discount and then they'll deny you just like that. Also watch out for the furniture. And then when they deny you you request a refund and they don't even give that to you.

This place is TERRIBLE! I only went with them because when I moved in they were able to make the delivery of the furniture quicker than Aaron’s. I have always done business with Aaron’s and will continue to do so. This place harasses you with multiple phone calls to personal and work phones for an agreement that is 5 days past due (FIVE a during Christmas/new years week nonetheless). An agreement that is on auto payment and that has had a payment confirmation receipt sent. If I get a payment confirmation in my email then why would I believe anything is past due? They can’t seem to answer me on why I get the payment confirmations either. The auto payment system is the problem. It doesn’t save information appropriately and leads to this harrassment. Use Aaron’s! Much much better customer service and understanding of when their system is the problem and not the consumer!!
