Don’t even try to apply to get furniture or anything. They were so slow to even answer messages, then when you send in your info, they will just tell you “we can’t proceed.” And won’t even tell you why when you have a $3k approval online they can’t proceed. I called them directly And they ghosted me. Oh and don’t even bother calling customer service because this store won’t answer their call either! Customer service is going to tell you to contact the store. It’s a shame. Go to Aaron’s or literally anywhere else. Seriously. Go ANYWHERE else.
Do NOT take your Amazon returns to this location. I dropped an Amazon return off at this location on 07/03. Amazon did not receive the Item until 07/14. On top of that the clerk did not appear to know what she was doing, which probably explains the delay in the return. Do yourself a favor and take your return items to Whole Foods, to insure prompt returns.
Rescheduling my delivery after waiting a week when it said 1 to 3 days I have been without a couch for days now and live a block away how can you not get a delivery driver for 10 mins it’s crazy to me after I have to pay almost triple for a brand new couch! Should just cancel since they can’t get it delivered when they say!
Manager Bertha was very rude after selling me a used tv and locked charged me for a brand new tv price and they kept sending people to reset my tv when it was asking for old customers password very unprofessional and still had the time to put it as I stole there tv
I only went with this store because they would be able to deliver before American Furniture Warehouse, then was cancelled and rescheduled twice for delivery in two days with the original delivery date over a week passed. Employees called me saying “the delivery truck was broken into overnight” and did not even know a day when they would be rescheduling me before they called so when I asked all the woman said was “I’m not sure we’re trying to figure it out now”. Needless to say it’s worth the extra money to go literally anywhere else to get furniture, save your mental sanity girl.
This place gives u the best customer service the manager is the real deal she is down for the customers and very knowledgeable about the store merchandise she has a trained staff.ill refer friends and family
Do not rent from this place they will approve you and then they would treat you like crap. Make you pay the money sign the documents. Make you believe that you're getting a discount and then they'll deny you just like that. Also watch out for the furniture. And then when they deny you you request a refund and they don't even give that to you.
