I have been a customer of Aaron's and I Am glade to say Mamager and her team have made me happy. I Am pleased on how she did all she can to find me great deals on items I like. So head thatvway and let Manager Laura and her All Star Aaron's Team help you find your next purchase with ease.

I asked for more time to keep my refrigerator and stove they refused to help me with more time their warranty department won’t give me the involuntary Unemployment benefit and refuse to help me so I had to give the refrigerator and stove back and I have type 2 diabetes and now I’m having to ask to keep my medicine at the pharmacy because I don’t have any refrigerator to keep it cool I’m on disability which my rent takes all my money and I have no refrigerator or stove and lost my groceries that I put in my refrigerator I feel they are just out for the money and not out to help the community or help anybody they are rude and all about business and won’t give you any time!!!! I will not rent from them ever again if there is any one out there that can help donate a stove and refrigerator I would appreciate it!!!

I have to agree with some of the reviews on the aarons in alice,tx. I have been an aarons customer for 20 years in Kingsville tx. I recently switched to the aarons in alice tx. The lady manager was very rude, she was also charging me double my payment amount for being 1 day late. I told her that's not what I owed but threatened to pickup if I didn't pay. Well I went online to my account and paid what I owed wich was 100.00 less of what she was charging me. Im surprised with all these bad reviews I have read she's still there. Im going back to Aaron's Kingsville once I pay of this agreement . I never got treated bad there.

over the past couple of months staff here has been very very rude. having ugly attitudes over the phone, even going as far as to cutting their own customers off when SPEAKING. the managers are very very unprofessional and take no consideration of thinking before they speak.

Even doing business with Aaron’s for years. This time around they were calling and calling asking us to get a mower. We said yes. But now regret ever going back. Woman Manager is rude and very unprofessional. If I can cuss here I would and let her know personally. Disrespectful and just for a first time missed payment on a mower that we barely had. Piece of advice GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !! Manger needs to be checked and replaced.

I've never used Aaron's before, but shout out to the employees at this location!! By far extremely helpful and I appreciate the fact they took the time out to be patient and to help someone from start to finish instead of just "being at work for a paycheck". You guys seriously helped me out yesterday and I don't normally post reviews but just wanted to publicly recognize yall lol!
