Unfortunately my experience at Aaron rentz left much to be desired. I asked if I could pay monthly so that pain would be easier and I was told yes. Unfortunately they started to charge me the very next week. When I went into the store the manager acted as if she didn't know what we were talking about though days earlier she's the one who convinced not only myself but a colleague of mine that we wouldn't be charged until the following month. These people are used to taking advantage of people who can't afford to pay cash. They're predatory and unfortunately if I was treated that way, and my colleague was treated that way, countless other people must have been abused by the people who work at the store. Avoid at all cost.

My experience here was phenomenal and the General manager is amazing and very compassionate and competent and dedicated to her customers and staff and I recommend you going online taking five mins to see what you’re leasing power is no credit check at all! I recently received mine it was so easy if I’m lying then call me out! Give it try folks what do you have to lose five mins? It’s worth it!🎄🔜👸🏼🤩🎈🎈🎈💯💵💵😇

The staff is really very friendly, they treat you like family and help you as much as they can and they answered all my questions.

I thought Aaron's was a good place I found out there not. I got in bind with health and surgery and ask for extension on payment and they didn't care to help me. Juile is heartless and money hungrey and lies My dryer don't dry I have dry my stuff for long time they want there payment but there stuff don't work. So watch getting stuff from them and if you get in bind they won't care to help you either. There all bout money and they lie when they say there coming out and don't show don't call after waiting all day Aaron's is no good to rent from.

Can’t seem to communicate anything with each other at all when in the store or delivering furniture. A family friend had ended up getting the wrong things sent to her home instead of what she had ordered. The lady we had talked to didn’t seem to understand how it got messed up when we had been told she was the one who sent it out in the first place.
