Very poor service. After my husband bought a lawnmower, and paid it off. Looking for a recliner and they basically did not want to help . Also made a very rude comment. So we went to rent a center they helped us find exactly what we was look for. I do not recommend aaron's rental.

Finally paid off my couch. The staff were very pleasant thru my journey. Thank you so much. I would love to get a mattress from you guys but its not in my budget right now. If I could pay 40 a month I would consider it

We went in today for the washer&dryer my Momma ordered online from them. We picked them up because it would've been a week before they could deliver it, being the holidays are right around the corner. Nice clean store, friendly service people had us loaded in no time. I straightened their garland out for em around the counter lol look like they just pulled it out the box and hung it. Bless their hearts 😁👍👌 No harm no foul. Happy Holidays Aaron's! 🕊️🎄.

The Anderson location will always be my go to recommendation for leasing. I tried to shop around with other places in town and Aaron's checked all of my boxes. Other stores in town were either out of stock, had a long delivery date, inventory spread around the store, rude or lazy staff. Other stores didn't even have what I wanted if I tried to order from them. I intend on continuing to lease with Aaron's in the future to boost my credit. Great inventory, professional and polite staff. Very straightforward and to the point, feels genuine each time I interact with the company. I'm almost always late with my payment because I forget and have been sick and lost hours at work. The staff is understanding, super helpful, and communicates well. When I signed my lease, the staff listened when I explained what I was shopping for, price point, pay frequency, and answered every single question I had. I had a delivery made in early February from Aaron's and the guy was super helpful and nice. He helped to get my dryer into my home and even latched the backyard gate when he left.

This is the first time I've ever rented anything from this location. But will never again. Rented a laptop set up payments so it could be paid off within 120 days. Chappie obviously don't know what he is doing. I sat with him and set up payments should of been 200 and something a month. Paid off in December get a call in Feb. For a payment thinking the item is paid off. Then yesterday get a call from a store associate I'm at work tell him I'll call back couldn't talk. Check my account on line since they have my debit card on file they go ahead and process a payment. Is this even legal? I believe they are not trust worthy and I will be checking further into them using my debit card at leisure. My card should of not been used with out my authorization. I'm pretty sure this is not legal.
