This is an edited version of my initial review. It's bad enough as consumers that we get bombarded with advertisements. Then, on top of that, you try to utilize a company's advertisement for special pricing, deals of the day, deals of the week, deals of the month, etc. the advertiser denies the consumer the advertising special pricing because it doesn't apply to that particular consumer. So let me ask one question if I may: If the advertising information does apply to me, why share it with me in the first place? All advertisements try to persuade you, directly, to be their customer. It's discouraging to me when the advertiser tells me the ad doesn't apply to me regardless of the fact the advertisement was directly sent to my email address. And yes, that was rhetorical.

I definitely love this place best! I have in past and I chose them again,, and although I complained and was not nicest person ...they hooked me up nicely and great place works with you if you can't pay not try taking it...

Sarah was very nice and helped me get an excellent deal and did everything she could to help me find exactly what I wanted and she was very thorough at explaining all of the terms

Tom is the manager the other employee was a female. My problem was with a bedframe it broke less then a year after. I called store Tom was not there female employee told me was an Amazon basic frame. I spoke to Tom day later he did not tell me anything different I filed a bbb complaint and bought a frame. resolution I wanted was cash back off 400 they charged me for a frame. The dm a week later informed ne it was Ashley frame. Meaning local store lied to me what I asked for was 120 that new frame cost leaving them 280. I was informed all I could get was new frame or nothing. Long story short they claimed to have put my frame back together to claim not broke. Problem I threw middle legs away. So someone was lying Fast forward I needed a 55 inch tv do to that lye I was banned from store
