I have rented from them for over 12 yrs and now for the last 3 yrs it's been nothing but problems. I will never rent electronics ever again infact they replaced a computer tower for me that was full of dead cockroachs . The only thing the manager cars about is a sale

I've been a very long time customers of 11 years, and pretty soon I'm done with Aaron. What a shame... I ordered my daughter bdr set a little over a yrs, and still paying on it. My problem is since the day my daughter box spring came, it was broken and told Aaron about it. Tony said he was gonna look into it, and find my daughter a new box spring since the day one. He keeps saying he gonna look into it, and get us a new one. What piss me off is I'm paying for a box spring that is broken. Tony is nothing but a lier, scam artist, and have no respect for customers. Sometimes Tony won't even lets you get a words out, and we ended up into to an argument cause he won't let's you talk, and lied about my daughter box spring. Here an other thing while I'm at work I can not answer my phone while I'm working. If I'm late by an hr or so Aaron keeps calling me with a different number. I don't appreciate it. I feel that ever since Tony been with Aaron have gone down with losing customers with his attitude, lies, and say he gonna call you back, and boom he gone for the day. Id did two early buy out a month ago, and pretty soon my daughter bdr set is going to do an early buy out on, and will tell you you are losing me as a customer of a 11 yrs. Tony don't care about any of his customers, but himself. Of course scamming people, and lied, after lied. He have no respect, and will never get no respect back from me and 8 other customers I know that is having problems with Tony. Shame on you

I was told I would receive a phone call 15 minutes before they would come drop my washer and dryer off that is not what happened! The delivery man came to my house and left he didn’t say anything or why he was leaving. The man was gone for almost 40 minutes before he returned. I had to contact Aarons more than once asking where the delivery man was. Roy or Ray or Ron whatever that man’s name was, was very rude and had the audacity to tell me no one asked me to take off work and that I needed to wait for them to come back or they would just reschedule. Quick PSA when I spoke with the lady regarding them dropping it off I made her aware that I would be coming from work and she said that was fine. So they dropped off the washer and dryer but didn’t bring the hose that lets the hot/cold water in the washer and the dryer duct They said I could either go purchase it myself or wait until tomorrow. They offered for me to go to the store but at that time it was already 7:10 the store closes at 7. Please go to any other Aarons except for this one! 0/10 if I could
