NEVER AGAIN AARONS. once im done paying what I got. I will never come back. This place has went down hill over the past few years. I have been a LOYAL customer since 2015 all the time getting stuff from here and that ends now.
Haley and Ally were both exceptional! Naturally I make more in season. I JUST prepaid my mortgage by 4 months and sure enough. Our refrigerator broke. Both managers were exceptional and understood my urgent time frame as we just stocked our refrigerator. Haley and Ally both made it their mission to get me taken care of. They had a brand new refrigerator at our house in less than a day! The delivery guys were equally as awesome and went over any questions I had. The is a stand up operation and an awesome option to have for most. Thank you again guys!
We absolutely love Aaron's Rent To Own and everyone is very friendly and helpful! Also, everything that my Husband Vern & I have, and are still renting to own is 100% outstanding and the quality of all of their products are second to none. Just went in with my husband to shop for a couch. Girl in the back didn’t even greet us. When I asked what the price was of a couch she said she wasn’t sure she”just prints the signs”. When I asked who would know she said the GM who wasn’t there. When I left saying I’m not going to look around a store where no one can tell me the prices she rudely said “well I could have looked it up on the computer”. Why not lead with that?! Awful customer service 0/10 recommend.

Once I pay off this washer and dryer I will NEVER rent from these money suckers again! This place is a scam!! They will charge $38 fee just to update your payment card on file. UNBELIEVEABLE!!! So make sure you do not lose your card that is hooked up to ez pay because they will certainly charge you. AARONS SUCKS!!

Went in just window shopping and ended up with a sectional and brand new bedroom set delivered the same day. Lol. Heather was fantastic and her delivery guys were quick, efficient and very friendly
I got a flat tire on the way to a job interview today and had to use the bathroom really bad. I went into this store asking if I could use the bathroom and the woman graciously allowed me to use the bathroom. She was so nice and was so understanding that I was in a vulnerable situation. I didn't buy anything. Even though it is really tough having car troubles...it is nice to know that there are still nice and caring people in the world. Thank you Aaron's!
