I called the Aarons here in Daytona a few months ago and explained my dryer issue with Monica. She explained to me how I might be able to fix the problem. I did exactly what she said and my dryer was back in action. Today I called the store again hoping Monica would be there and this time the problem was with my washing machine. Monica told me one way I might be able to resolve it and if it didn't work to call her back. Once again not only did Monica save the day she saved me alot of money for calling in a repair company! Monica is one phenomenal employee she knows the products and Aaron's is very lucky to have her as an employee. She goes above and beyond to assist people. Monica is awesome!!!!!!!
So I just had an experience. First off my only issue was with Scott the manager. My initial purchase was smooth with Monica. Then I wait a week for delivery and they came without a hose for hot and cold for my new washer. Scott assured me they had everything today. Then when the guys show up who were amazing. Adam and Marcus were great and apologetic fir not having it. So when I call aarons while they are still here setting up. I wait on hold for Scott for over 10 minutes. Then he precedes to answer the phone "yea" and as I begin to tell him what happens he interrupts me abruptly saying another driver can bring it in an hour. As a manager u should let the customer speak. And he was continuously rude. Luckily for him he has an amazing team including the amazing zmZina who came and stayed until everything worked correctly. Scott needs a demotion and Monica, Adam, Marcus and especially Xina need a raise!!!

Absolutely stellar customer service from everyone there. Heather and Scott were the phenomenal and I missed the third woman’s name but she was sweet as well! Fantastic experience, thank you all!
