They call entirely too much, Blow your phone up before it’s even time to pay let alone always have an attitude!! And definitely not understanding about certain situations

Please do not rent from here bad customer service I paid my washer n dryer off now that my account not current saying I can't get my original washer back n the damn dryer has stop working n whatever I do don't ask for erica Smith the manger very nasty attitude I feel like u she hate her job n has very poor customer service

Oh my I'm so thankful to get this agitator washing machine, the two gentleman that delivered were awesome. It didn't take them long to install and they were very cautious in making sure they didn't hit any doors . Thank you!

Bad experience so far everyone acts like there busy doing anything but helping you , if you order off line expect 3 weeks to a month about time you actually get the furniture, plan on them charging you regularly before you get the furniture like while it’s traveling to you your using it ! Everyone acts non chalant kind of narcissistic , when you have a problem like your issue isn’t an issue and that you can wait forever, miss work it doesn’t matter as long as they get to take forever be rude and tell you how they run everything , the costumer is never right they’ll just lie and say whatever that makes nothing their fault , when you react to the toxicity they’ll say oh let’s be adults about this like your acting childish, when it’s their actions that are the reason you respond the way you do ! Divisional manager call he’s no better than the store they just want your money but they don’t care if the products work or not ! Every week they are the first one in my account but my dryer never and still doesn’t work they’re only response we can come get the dryer and I loose my money and time which is worthless to them
