Was told I’d get my delivery this morning and I waited for hours so I call just for them to tell me they’re delivery driver did a no call no show and no one thought to call me and I canceled everything I had going today now I have to cancel everything I have Monday morning. Very unprofessional not to mention I couldn’t get their in store deal cause the manager wasn’t there and I’ve been there three times now and the manager is never there. Very unprofessional

Applied for some appliances but wasn't able to get it because they apparently dont accept leases as proof of residency when both the website and the email i recieved said it does. Can't use any utilities which is all they claim to accept because I dont have gas, water is included in my rent and the electric co has the house under an old address and cant/wont update it so the bills address doesnt match the stated residence. Really sucks because so far theyre the only place who'll deliver to my location😮‍💨

They call entirely too much, Blow your phone up before it’s even time to pay let alone always have an attitude!! And definitely not understanding about certain situations

Please do not rent from here bad customer service I paid my washer n dryer off now that my account not current saying I can't get my original washer back n the damn dryer has stop working n whatever I do don't ask for erica Smith the manger very nasty attitude I feel like u she hate her job n has very poor customer service

Oh my I'm so thankful to get this agitator washing machine, the two gentleman that delivered were awesome. It didn't take them long to install and they were very cautious in making sure they didn't hit any doors . Thank you!

Imagine yourself in this situation: paid over 2 grand for a couch and recliner. The couch squeaked from the beginning. They sent 2 workers out to take a picture? Then 10 more days passed and they sent out another employee for same. Manager did not return my calls so I went through corporate. Confirmed while my wife was standing next to me that the manager said the "swap out" would be Monday. 5 minutes before closing another employee called to verify for TUESDAY. Really? The couch was replaced but they were told for us to keep the old cushions and pillows while the new ones were left on the truck. Very embarrassing and down right rude. Never again!

Finally found a furniture after I stopped everywhere else in Columbus. Badcock's prices can't be beat, and the employees are very nice & reasonable. They are very helpful here & will work out payments and deliveries. I recommend all of my friends and family to this furniture store, and will always check with them before I ever go shop with anyone else.

Bad experience so far everyone acts like there busy doing anything but helping you , if you order off line expect 3 weeks to a month about time you actually get the furniture, plan on them charging you regularly before you get the furniture like while it’s traveling to you your using it ! Everyone acts non chalant kind of narcissistic , when you have a problem like your issue isn’t an issue and that you can wait forever, miss work it doesn’t matter as long as they get to take forever be rude and tell you how they run everything , the costumer is never right they’ll just lie and say whatever that makes nothing their fault , when you react to the toxicity they’ll say oh let’s be adults about this like your acting childish, when it’s their actions that are the reason you respond the way you do ! Divisional manager call he’s no better than the store they just want your money but they don’t care if the products work or not ! Every week they are the first one in my account but my dryer never and still doesn’t work they’re only response we can come get the dryer and I loose my money and time which is worthless to them

I visited Badcock in Columbus, Ga today and had a great experience. I was greeted immediately upon entering the store but was not overwhelmed by the sales lady. She was attentive & very helpful, very personable and very pleasant. She was fun, gave me space & time to explore on my own but very quick to assist me when I had questions. I enjoyed her company while shopping. While waiting for my order to print the saleslady and desk staff had a pleasant conversation and I thoroughly enjoyed our time. I believe this is a new staff from my last visit. They are a wonderful addition to your company.
