Terrible experience got a washer and dryer back in April the washer never worked after 4 months of asking them to come fix it them telling me someone will be out and no one ever coming to fix it I asked them to come pick it up a month later they are still charging me for something that not only never worked but I also no longer have (victory drive location is absolute garbage)

0 stars. Under all circumstances: avoid this place. We had a horrible experiencing using them. They didn’t inspect the first set of washer/dryer we rented from them, and they delivered them broken. They took about a week to replace the original set, and then installed the replacement incorrectly. How incorrectly you ask? The dryer started sparking and almost set a fire in our house. To compensate, they knocked a week off the rental fee since it “wasn’t working” while we waited for them to replace it yet again. Every time we’ve had them come by the house they’ve been two hours late or more, going so far as to cancel on us after they didn’t show up after 5pm after we were told they’d be there between 10am-12pm. DO NOT USE!

I love it here …… This is for the Victory Drive location only ( I said what I said ) the customer service and professionalism displayed by the employees is highly appreciated I recommend this location overall

My husband and I came in from a bad experience at another store and the assistant manager at this store Dorain Bivins completely turned my experience around! He was so helpful in picking out a piece of furniture and made the entire process easy from beginning to end. I will gladly do business with him at his store again!

I had a real bad experience. I never had so much as a bad experience like I had with this store. First , I ordered on line got approved because I rented from you guys In the past. Had good credit with you. I paid my $10. Waited 3 days to even get a call from the Manager who told me my store was another store. I told them no I put in my address and it said . Victory Dr. Then he told me as a new customer I had to put down $100 . I told them I wasn't a new customer. After we got that out the way he told me to summit my documents so I did . 4 days went by no call. Mind you I just paid for that $10 for your 1st week promotion. Now my week was up and I have not gotten my PlayStation 5 I got approved for so I called . I was put on hold and I was told by a guy that he talked it over with the manager and for me to come down during my lunch break the next day. He would go pick up my PlayStation and all I had to do is bring my Id cause my last name changed since I last got a item from you. So I did. It was a complete waste of my lunch break. They told me they could not find which store I rented from and since my last name was different now then before I was considered a new customer. I let them know that all I had to do was put in my SSN in and it pulled up my name . I know I was a customer in the past. They told me since I had a different last name I'm considered a new customer. I told them this isn't right but even that manager there said again I need $100 because I was considered a new customer. I got my id back told them they wasted my lunch time. A complete waste of my time and walked out. I still have not gotten my $10 back that I paid and signed something to get it back and y'all are still expecting me to pay for something I have not received. This is crazy. Very Horrible

Positively THE BEST experience we've ever had renting furniture!! Hosue made us feel welcome the moment we walked in. Dorian offered tip top customer service!! He was thoughtful, engaging professional, thorough and provided us with the ultimate customer experience! We think he was great! Thank you Rent A Center for hiring these professional individuals!
