I am writing this review after just starting ANOTHER contract with MY store. I have been a LOYAL customer of the Buena Vista store for over 4 or 5 years. I have bought by rent-to-own 2 refrigerators, a table and a washer and 2 dryers. I've NEVER missed a payment. I stay loyal to THIS store for ONE reason. Laticia and her staff. She has done above and beyond as a manager by doing what she could to ensure I am happy. Service on my purchases, obtaining exactly what I wanted REGARDLESS of inventory limitations because of my loyalty and payment history and relationship as I pay in person. This was UNTIL this contract. I was able to get the refrigerator I wanted the LAST contract. She did it by using her purchase card. Corporate doesn't allow managers to use them, except for tires. I was relegated to 20 cu. ft capacity; DOWN from our 26.5 cu. ft capacity. If I am making the PAYMENTS ON TIME and sometimes AHEAD, reflecting "preferred thru management" preference; why would you risk losing a customer? I need a dryer as well and am considering adding on; but I'd like Laticia to have that authority and be able to upgrade MY PURCHASE based on my loyalty, her professionalism and our customer relationship to the company.
Unlike the Woodruff location I which I had a horrible experience with, this location went above and beyond to help me get the product whether that my family needed. Will definitely enjoy renting from them and enjoy using them in the future
Was told our delivery would be made today between the times of 2pm-6pm I called MULTIPLE times to see if we had an ETA and was told no. My husband then called and they said they were loading it on the truck and would arrive shortly. That was an hour and a half ago and now nobody is answering the phone. We don’t even live that far away.
Great customer service and totally loving the new designer handbags they now carry! If they don’t have what you are looking for in the store they can get pretty much whatever you want. As far as comments below, I’m confused because they sat me down and explained all expectations up front so basically if you make your payment on time you won’t have to worry about being called or getting a home visit. If you can’t, communicate. But at the same time don’t purchase what you know you can’t afford. See problem solved.🙂
Great customer service. Order came early along with a phone call to ask if he could come ahead of schedule. That was fine. They showed up but had the wrong washer and dryer set. I looked at my lease and realized i'd signed for the wrong set. I called the store and the manager was awesome. She said no problem just send him back and we will get the right set. When he came back later he brought the paperwork with him so i could resign. They were very helpful and the only downside is the dryer doesn't come with a vent. So make sure you have your own if you get a dryer. Other than that they installed everything and showed me how to use them.
